Washington, DC 20510 re: Elena Kagan Dear Sirs: This is a direct request not to uphold the nomination of Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court.  She is unqualified in experience as either judge or litigator. She is hostile toward our military, not allowing military recruiters on Harvard’s campus where she was in charge, unsupportive of their “Don’t ask.  Don’t tell” policy while,  accepting Saudi Arabia’s money for the University.  The Islamic stance is to execute homosexuals.  Is this a balanced, clear-minded individual? She is in support of pro-homosexual issues. She is in opposition to defense of marriage (DOMA). She believes our constitution is defective and needs to be changed. She has a personal social agenda, so will be biased. If nominated she will be around for life and she is only fifty years old. She does not support the second amendment.
