Washington, DC 20510 re: Elena Kagan Dear Sirs: This is a direct request not to uphold the nomination of Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court.  She is unqualified in experience as either judge or litigator. She is hostile toward our military, not allowing military recruiters on campus where she was in charge, and unsupportive of their “Don’t ask.  Don’t tell” policy. She is in support of pro-homosexual issues. She is in opposition to defense of marriage (DOMA). She believes our constitution is defective and needs to be changed.
