Tuberculosis
The US does not use the BCG vaccine which reduces the chance of getting tuberculosis and tuberculosis meningitis. The reason given, we don't have a lot of tuberculosis. The risk of TB is very low. But put that in perspective, there were a few cases of polio world wide this last year, but there were thousands of cases of tuberculosis, yet the polio vaccine is prescribed/mandated and the BCG vaccine is not.

A New Book Exposes Hard Truths About Vaccines

Over the past two and a half years, public health officials instituted economy-crashing lockdowns and extensive vaccination campaigns. These draconian measures, we were told, would keep SARS-CoV-2 from spreading and keep people from overwhelming the hospitals and dying of the virus.
Despite these promises, as early as April of 2022, the majority of American adults had already contracted the virus.
And at that point, death rates from the pandemic were higher in the United States than in any other developed nation, according to researchers from the Yale School of Public Health.
So, the CDC changed their COVID guidelines in early August 2022, removing the recommendation for quarantine after exposure and changing the recommendation to test daily to a recommendation to test only once, on the fifth day after exposure.
The new guidelines further specify that people who are vaccinated and people who are not vaccinated should follow the same protocols, likely reflecting the fact that being vaccinated doesn’t reduce your risk of contracting severe COVID.

First‑Ever Peer‑Reviewed Study of Vaccinated vs Unvaccinated Children Shows Vaccinated Kids Have a Higher Rate of Sickness, 470% Increase in Autism
The first‑ever, peer‑review study has been published comparing total‑health in vaccinated and unvaccinated children. Dr. Anthony Mawson led a research team that investigated the relationship between vaccination exposures and acute or chronic illnesses in home‑schooled children. The vaccinated children had a much higher rate of autism and ADHD, at a rate of 470% higher than those who received no shots. Vaccinated children were also more vulnerable to allergies and eczema. Un‑vaccinated children contract mild childhood diseases more frequently, but their vaccinated counterparts suffer pneumonia and ear infections more frequently. The finding that vaccination introduces a significant risk for autism is devastating to the vaccine industry and, therefore, will be vigorously attacked.

Vaccine Lawsuit Victory: HHS Forced to Admit It Never Submitted Required Vaccine Safety Reports over past 32 Years
Film producer Del Bigtree’s organization, the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. sued the United States government as they suspected that Health and Human Services (HHS) was not fulfilling its critical vaccine safety obligations as required by Congress under the The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. Congress charged the Secretary of HHS with the responsibility to assure vaccine safety and to submit reports to them every two years. Because the law essentially gave blanket economic immunity from liability claims to vaccine manufacturers, it removed the incentive to take responsibility for vaccine safety. ICAN and Kennedy brought a lawsuit against HHS to provide copies of these reports to Congress, and HHS was forced to admit it has filed zero reports to Congress about vaccine safety over the past 32 years! This outrageous dereliction of duty shows that HHS has kept Congress, and the public, in the dark over the dangers of vaccines, and information about the masses of vaccine‑injured children. HHS recommends babies receive 39 vaccine doses, including in‑utero, by age one, but have failed to report on the danger, which is beyond shameful!

Pakistan: Three Infants Die after Receiving Polio Vaccine
